Great piece of hardware. Really boosted PC game play ability and overall performance. Shipped well also and was cheaper than listed on many other sites for identical product.

The Battlefield promotion is over and you will no longer be able to download it. I returned the card without opening it, as there is an expiration date for the Battlefield offer written on the box.[...] <--- link removed by AmazonI am helping my stepson build a computer and we were looking at things on NewEgg and found that the card is actually discontinued. We got the card we ordered and, sure enough, there is an expiration date that has passed on the box. I attempted to verify this information by calling Galaxy, but I was on hold for 35 minutes before I disconnected. I sent them an email message as well, so I will update this information with whatever they tell me if they reply. From what I can tell, their customer service is not stellar.EDIT #1: It has now been two days since I sent the email to Galaxy's support email address and I have still not received a response. I believe that they have very poor customer service.EDIT #2: It has now been FIVE days since I sent the email to Galaxy's support email address - no response.EDIT #3: Over a week and still no response from Galaxy customer support. I don't know if this is a trustworthy company.EDIT #4: It is now January 5th. Nearly three weeks and still no response from Galaxy.The card itself is great, but the deal is not nearly as good with the game not included.

Man I love this card. Great deal as well. For only $215 (with rebate) its a steal. Bf3 alone is $50 for I only really paid $165! The dual fans are amazing and keep the card at a low temperature. This was one reason I went with a dual fanned card instead of a single. It runs around 33C idle and under load around 68C. Not bad. Easy to over clock even though thats not my thing. Not overclocked it runs BF3 (1920x1080) on high like nothing. On ultra you get a very small amount of lag but over 30fps! You will not be disappointed in this card. Great performance, deal, and highly recommended.
