I purchased this on sale because it was a great value and because XFX has a solid reputation.The card has exceeded all of my expectations and then some. After playing battlefield 3 for a while on ultra settings at 1920 x 1080 I decided to turn on Eyefinity and try playing it across 2 monitors. The card handled BF3 across 2 monitors like butter. The problem with playing BF3 or any FPS across 2 monitors is that the crosshairs are in between the 2 monitors so you can not see what you are aiming at. But this card handled it so smoothly that I decided to get a third monitor. This thing can handle BF3 beautifully across 3 monitors. Note: You must run 2 of the monitors via mini display port for Eyefinity to work across more than 2 monitors. If your monitors do not support mini display port you will need 2 mini display port to "active" DVI adapters. My fathers Gateway was crashing all the time when playing BF3 with a fairly recent NVidia card. After installing this card his computer has not crashed once.For Linux users, this card installs great in Ubuntu (Kubuntu for me) with the latest AMD Catalyst(tm) 12.10 Proprietary Linux x86 Display Driver.

This thing is a beast - especially when you run two of them in Crossfire. :D On most games, I get between 60-100 FPS average with all the settings maxed out at 1080P resolution, even with just a single card and no overclocking.With two cards, that jumps up to between 100-200 FPS for most games at 1080P with maxed graphics settings. On Diablo 3, I currently get an average of 180 FPS on ultra settings at 1080P with the two cards in Crossfire. On Borderlands and Dead Space, I'm also getting ridiculous frame rates from 150-200 FPS. It's so fast that I have to turn on VSync to bring the framerate down to match the 60Hz refresh rate on my TV so I don't get so much screen tearing. Probably going to end up getting a monitor/TV with a 120/240Hz refresh rate down the road so I can enjoy the high frame rates.The core edition comes with a huge heat sink and one fan, and it runs at respectable temps in my Cooler Master Storm Scout case. Under heavy load, my temps max out around no more than 45-50 degrees C on each card with all the case fans running on low to keep the noise level down.As far as look and feel goes, it doesn't get any nicer than this. The top of each card has a red plate which looks really sharp, and the decals and XFX design is fantastic.

I'm going to begin this review by saying that I been a computer gamer for around 6 years now, so within those years I had always jumped to graphics card to graphics card Nvidia to AMD back and forth. This is officially the time when I say stop and just follow the words on screen, as I give my personal review on this card.What a great card, this card is top of the line must have card for any gamer. I had always went a cheaper route in my computer gaming career graphics card wise, I always get the bottom edition of graphics cards around the 100-160 area, but if your thinking about doing that don't do it, just get this card, its well worth the money. The 250 that I spent on this card was a great investment for myself and it will be for those who are thinking of buying it.XFXXFX had never let me down as a company, they know that things happen, and graphics card failures happen so with that being said they have a lifetime warranty that comes with the card and a sweet badass door handle that says "Do Not Disturb I'm Gaming", but if you don't want that on your door handle by all means that's fine (I'm a college student I have to have it). BUT don't throw it out keep it, it does have a code which you can use to register the card on XFX site so that you can get the warranty. Great company, great quality, XFX is the way to go.First TimeAs I put my beefy card into my machine I had a hard time because it was a tad large so expect for this monster to hog up some space but once I had fit it in my machine it was good to go, make sure you get rid of some old drivers from other cards before you put it in. Other than that expect successful boot ups. Of course with any card it comes with minimum requirements so check that out before you get it, but other than that easy setup.ProsThis card is extremely fast and will load up settings high, of course depending on your setup (RAM, Processor, Etc) performances may vary, I make due of what I have so I have a Quad Core 6 Gigs DDR2 it runs my stuff really well with my machine being a tad bit outdated. The drivers 12.10 were a bit slow at times during games, but the Beta drivers 12.11 works absolutely great, so if you guys are having problems update the drivers.In my opinion its not loud it varies from case to caseThis card can run on 4 screens as well no need to SLIConsOne of the cons were the drivers being weird, not giving it the best performance for the card but they updated those. So far I'm not having any performance issues with the card. I will update this review in time if it performs differently.VerdictGreat card, did not regret buying it, runs great in my machine, This card will definitely last a long time for sure, and you will get up to date performance.Thank you
