I was excited when I first got this product. It worked great! I had it set up to where it would broadcast video on both my computer monitor and my HDTV in my bedroom (using computer as blu-ray player in bedroom). After a few months it quit working. At first I thought it might have been my computer's motherboard as the computer is getting pretty dated, so I just left my desktop off for a couple of months...then one day I made it my task to either get this computer working again or buy a new motherboard and start from scratch. Convinced it was the motherboard I took it to a local computer shop and they examined it and concluded that it was the graphics card. Unconvinced, I brought it home and took the graphics card out and put in my old one and the computer worked fine. I wasn't using my desktop for months because of this graphics card (though this was my own stupidity).I then contacted Galaxy's RMA service, and after having to take multiple pictures of my graphics card, and about a week's worth of emails they finally issued me an RMA number and I sent it in for repair or replacement. I just received the new one moments ago. I installed it, and it didn't work. I put in my old one yet again, and now I'm typing this review.Overall, I am very dissatisfied. It is not worth the trouble to initiate the RMA service again, which is what they want I'm sure.DO NO BUY THIS GRAPHICS CARD!!

Not great, but I knew better than to expect much out of this card. Certainly worth the price to me. Much better than what I had on my on-board video card. Runs Photoshop and most my games (Not really into gaming). I would suggest if you're not looking for anything great, but want to upgrade your PC.

Though Nvidia has has superseded this GPU by the GT610, I consider this a higher end video card. Very few cards in this class have 2gb of memory for the price and Nvidia continuously updates the driver despite it not being a current offering. A true test for this card is whether is can pass the qualification software test by DirecTV. They have an app called DirecTV2PC which requires a higher end video card (the app allows you to view your DVR on your desktop), The GT520 passed with flying colors and delivers perfect HD picture quality.
