5Amazing!
By K. Johnson
I got this GPU about a month ago(from a different seller due to payment reasons), it is an amazing card. I can run most of my games(that support it) at 5760x1080p maxed out(this includes guildwars 2 and battlefield 3). it runs cool, it looks great, and it eats any game you throw at it.Pros:+Runs Everything+Keplar based GPU+Twin Frozr IV cooler design idle: 28~30c(fan30%) load90~100%: 45~65c(fan 55~65%)+Dust Removal during boot Some people find this a con but I actually really like it, when the system starts up as you go thru the boot process the GPU runs its fans at 100% reverse to remove dust. after 20~30seconds it calms down and becomes quiet.+After boot, it is a vary quiet card+Runs within a few fps of the GTX680+Looks awesomeCons:-6pin plugs on the far side of the card(but this is nvidia's idea not MSI's)-Only 2GB GDDR5-as always supplied drivers with GPU's are outdated and should not be used. download the newest at [...]other:~keep in mind the 600 series is still really new and for the most part Nvidia as well as game designers have not released optimizing drivers for it.~if your even considering a GTX670 or higher card, you shouldn't be saying price is an issue. They always run high.~a lot of people claim MSI afterburner doesn't allow the OC'ing ability that it is suppose to, but most didn't understand that voltage clocking wasn't enabled until version 2.2.3 which came out at the end of July. I have not tried myself.~I couldn't be happier with this card.Update 10/20/12:still working fantastically. couldn't be happier with this card. get it now! it is $50 cheaper then it was 2 months ago.

5Perfectly pleased with this GPU
By CTgreen
This probably won't be too helpful to most buyers looking for a "high-end-ish" card like this one, but I'll add my review anyway -- seems like this product could use the positive ratings...Knowing it's probably blasphemy to say this, I just popped this card into my PC and used it stock. *gasp* I know, I know; it's an overclocker's card. But ya know what? It's also an _overclocked_ card. As in already awesome from the factory. And that's just how I use it. That may seem stupid to many people who are even considering buying a card like this, but I have been completely satisfied with MSI's 670 P.E. right out of the box.And here's why...Personally, I can't tell the difference between 1080p & 720p on a 27" monitor from 5 feet away. (At least not in games; obviously desktop space, text clarity, & whatnot are quite noticeably different between resolutions -- I'm talking the resolution I run games at.) Thus, I run all my PC games at 720p or 1600x900 at most, but at the highest visual settings. Because of this I get unnecessarily high FPS *all the time* (consistently triple digits) and the GPU never gets above 32°C. Because of my "low-res" rendering I enjoy flawless performance from this card. No mucking about with overvolting this, or ramping up that -- plug & play awesomesauce. :DEDIT :: By the way, I tried many games in 3D @ 1080p @ 60Hz (highest my monitor goes in 3D mode, ASUS VG278HE) and this card also did absolutely fine at those settings; far as I could tell. I didn't bother with FPS counters or benchmarking at the time, since I was just comparing different resolutions to see if I could notice a difference. (I couldn't.) No noticeable FPS dips, no artifacts, no problems that caught my eye at all. Point is, even in more demanding tasks like 3D 1080p this card shines. :: EDITAlso, my computer pulls double duty as a Windows 7 gaming machine & a Hackintosh work station. This GPU worked with minimal effort on my part with the Hackintosh side. In fact, I don't remember having to do anything special to get it recognized & working at all. The compatibility was very welcome.Far as noise goes, I can't really comment on that since I've got enough high-RPM fans in my case to achieve flight if they were oriented correctly, so I don't hear this graphics card at all. I will say that my unit makes no "abnormal" noises that fans sometimes have. No whining, buzzing, or rattling... just fans pushing air. Most of the buyers for a card like this, I would imagine, *like* messing around with their components to squeeze out every iota of performance they can. I do not. I prefer to buy things that exceed my needs & expectations and spend my time enjoying them. I'm a simpleton like that. Unfortunately I can't give you a review about how well this GPU overclocks or handles high-res / high-intensity gaming; but I can tell you that it works great for playing any modern game as pretty as you like -- if you are willing to "settle" for 720p -- right out of the box. No muss, no fuss, and (so far) rock solid. If you're like me, this is the perfect card for you.I am very happy with my purchase. :)P.S. - In regards to the negative reviews for this card (here & elsewhere)... well, I hope you're smart enough to disregard people who give this product a low rating based on the fact that they didn't receive a free game with their purchase or their particular card didn't break the worldwide overvolting record. In my experience, and based on what I've read from others, this card delivers on its promises so long as you know what you're getting yourself into. Overclocking & overvolting aren't things I know a lot about, but I do know that this card does them well in comparison to other cards in its class. Some software issues (and software not being released yet, at the time) has led to lots of (stupid) complaints that are now irrelevant. I'm not saying completely throw out negative comments, I'm just saying take them with a grain of salt. Good luck in your search. =)

5Killer Video Card
By King Neptune
MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 OC 2GB GDDR5 2DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort PCI-Express Video Card N670 PE 2GD5/OCI'm not gonna wax poetic about the virtues of this card. I'm just gonna state the unvarnished truth. It's a beast. This card is blazing fast and extremely quiet. What a great combination. I replaced my GEForce GTX 295 with this card and now my system runs WAY cooler, and WAY quieter. It's exactly what I was looking for. It absolutely crushes the high-end video games. I run every game I play on ultra high res at 1920 X 1200, even though this card will run even higher res. My current monitor can't take full advantage of this card's resources.Check around and compare. This card is highly recommended. With good reason.
