At first I was a little skeptical about this graphics card, I didn’t really find a lot of reviews about this specific brand (Galaxy) but I had another Galaxy card from another series and it’s been amazing so I choose to buy this one for the price and global reviews of de Nvidia GTX 660 model.I did not consider the size of the card which is quite big, but I guess any mid-size case will be able to handle it with a little few cable fixing.The installation was really simple, I had to change the power supply tho, so be aware of the minimum requirements!I currently use a gateway computer DX series with an i5 processor @ 3.0 GHz and 12 GB of RAM, games like crysis 2, assassins creed II and CoDMW 3 run pretty smooth! I was really impressed by the details; I wasn’t able to play MW3 on MAX graphics but still look amazing.This is a SLI ready card but if you are not really into using more than one card that’s not an important point so also consider it.I really love this graphics card for its average performance and pricing against the same series from other brand

I noticed form the first time i used it an improve in performance compared with the gtx 460. Adaptative vsync its a great option for games adn its less hot and uses less power compare with the gtx 460.Dual fan its a grat option to keep away heat from your CPU. If you want excellent perfomance and price this is your card, but if you want 2x the perfomance of the gtx 460 buy the gtx 670 or 680.

Its as powerful as a gtx 580. I have it in my Alienware x51. Max temp I get is 87c but that is fine for the power it has.I use adaptive vsync at 30 frames and that keep the temps down a lot. It is silky smooth with adaptive vsync. Before on my gtx 555 the fps would be jumping from 30 and 60, now it just stays at a smooth 30 frames.
