Very nice card, would be nicer with at least one dual link DVI port

The good:The 3DSMAX and Maya benchmarks speak for themselves. Furthermore, game performance is excellent. This would be the ideal card for all game developers save for the following caveat.The bad:1. There is no professional 30" screen supporting both HDCP and display port.2. All display port -> dual link DVI adapters are highly problematic at best and totally nonfunctional at worst (for example, the Apple display port -> dual link DVI adapter is notorious garbage that has never worked one instant for anybody and never will; the only halfway functional one garbles DPMS, preventing operation at 2560x1600 after entering full screen DirectX modes in Windows).3. Console game development requires a screen supporting HDCP.4. The only 30" screen supporting both HDCP and display port is the Dell 3008WFP. This is a consumer screen that suffers from all sorts of brain damage (no powersave control, long resync times, questionable quality).For heaven's sake, ATI, going with display port only on a professional card is a mistake.DO NOT BUY THIS CARD IF YOUR DISPLAY REQUIRES DUAL http://amzn.com/dp/B003ICXAM2/?tag={httpdriverinv-20} DVI.
