Pros: This card is a beast. Anything I have thrown at it, this card has completely blown away.Powerful:I have played BF3, Skyrim, GTA4, AC3, Saints Row: The Third, Civ V, and many other games all at max graphic settings (including AA). The only game that gave it pause was Metro 2033 which required me to turn down the AA a little. Best of all I get 60 FPS most of the time in all of these games. Every time I've had FPS drops it has been due to my CPU (see other thoughts).Cool:This GPU idles at a nice 30-35, and under heavy load it will reach about 55; never seen it go past that even after 5+ hours of BF3.Quiet:The cooler is completely silent, even under load I can't hear it.Drivers:NVidia has extremely good drivers for their cards; I've yet to have any problems with them what so ever. I've used the control panel to calibrate my monitors, and control some settings for certain games. But aside from update notifications, I don't notice the program running in the background.ASUS:I've purchased tons of ASUS products before, and have never been disappointed. They are really one of the few brands I trust right now. I've also dealt with getting a laptop repaired by them. The process could have been smoother, but they had my laptop fixed within a few weeks, covered shipping and repair costs completely, and only treated me with care and respect.This card has everything you want in a video card for a relatively cheap price compared to the newer Geforce cards.Cons: None. That is truly saying something since I can think of at least one issue with every other part I bought for my build.Other Thoughts: Don't cheap out on the CPU. I made the mistake of getting an AMD Phenom II X4 965 Quad-Core @ 3.4GHz CPU. So far it performs acceptably, but it is CLEARLY the bottleneck in every game I've played so far. If I had a good i5, I'd be getting 60FPS pretty much all the time. But in CPU-heavy games like Skyrim, my rig will drop my FPS to about 40ish in cities and places with large amounts of NPCs.Dish out the extra $50-$100 and get a nice CPU to support this card; you will notice the difference. I'm saving up for a new CPU now because of this.I've seen a lot of people building new PCs or upgrading and they are all going for 680s and 690s or 560 Ti's. I STRONGLY believe this is the card to get right now; this exact card from ASUS. There is no point in dishing out twice the money for a 680/690 because you will only see a few FPS difference. Even the 660 TI's are not worth the money. And the 560's are extremely dated now since they only have 1GB of VRAM. This is a great card, performance is optimal, the noise level is low, it is very quiet. Note that if you want to buy PCIe 3.0 graphics cards and use their full potential you need a board that supports PCIe 3.0 plus a 22nm processor in Intel's Ivy Bridge technology. Do not take surprises. It supports PCIe 2.0 ports but not all the bandwith advantage offered by PCIe 3.0.Missing more specifications in the publication
