I bought the 2GB version of the 6950 card with the dual fans. It is so freakin' fast it's just crazy, and it runs nice and cool and very quiet. This card will play ANY current game maxed out 100% - [just as long as you have a good CPU -otherwise you'll bottleneck it]. Make sure you have at least a 600 watt good quality PSU (AMD recommends at least 500 watts, but that's the min. I went for a 650w Corsair TX650- and it works great).If you have the option- go for the dual fan set up instead of the single fan version because the single gets a little warm. Also, make sure it'll fit in your case- it is a long card.You can't beat this card- man... it is sweet. 65+ FPS on Crysis 2 maxed out. And XFX gives it a lifetime warranty. Bonus.

I bought this card for a custom Battlefield 3 rig:Processor: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Processor, Black EditionMemory: Corsair Vengeance Blue 16 GB PC3-12800 1600mHzVideo: XFX ATI Radeon HD6950 2 GB DDR5PSU: Thermaltake TR2 W0388RU 650WMotherboard: ASUS Crosshair IV FormulaCase: Cooler Master RC-922MHDD: 320GB Western Digital Blue Series SATAWOW! That's all I can really say about this video card. It runs BF3 at Ultra everything in 1920x1080 without any lag at all.I have not done any OC'ing, as frankly it took me a week to get this rig stable (due to memory/mobo incompatibility, not this video card) enough to run without worries. I'm just not ready for overclocking yet.Anyways, I have nothing bad to say about this card. I always go with XFX for their lifetime warranty (I currently have 6 registered products with them) and superior build quality, and this card is reasonably priced, so GO FOR IT!5 stars all the way.

Fist of all, this card is PCIe 2.1. It will work if you have 2.0, worst case scenario, you'll need to update your BIO's if your motherboard is a little old.The card is big so make sure you have the space. This is a no-referenced card so if you're looking to use a water block, good luck.I haven't had a chance to really test the performance yet, but I'm sure it will do fine. I've read a lot of reviews and comparisons, and this card fairs well.One thing about this card is it has Eyefinity, which is nice if you want to use 3 monitors for more of a peripheral view in your gaming.This card can run at 82-87c when gaming, this is except able according to the reviews I have read.If you have any blue screen issues after installing the latest drivers, look up issues with the catalyst Control center. Some items need not be installed within the package and may be the source of the problem.All in All with 2G of DDR5 this card should run just about anything you throw at it on highest settings, and should work great with video editing.
