Could probably use a little more memory, but this is a pretty powerful, cheap card. Thinking about adding a second.I can't speak for the heat issues that another commenter had (it's never overheated and is quite a bit cooler than my 260 was.), but it should have a TDP of about 150 Watts. That's not too hot in my opinion.

I bought this used for a mid-range tower system. It was a decent upgrade from the built-in Intel HD4000 graphics and allowed me to use a less expensive processor to get better overall game and application performance. Running 38fps full 1080p graphics with no problems.I was able to overclock mine slightly using MSI Afterburner, and also adjusted the fan curves to keep it cooler under full load. The fan can get loud under full load, but in a Fractal Design Define R4 case it is not objectionable. And you can tune the fan curves so its not really a big deal, at least to me.

Very Hot! But it acceptably...I had EVGA GTS 450 and bought this to upgrade.I just returned it after installed it.When I use GTS 450, I didn't notice any fan sound from my computer-I didn't use 3rd party fan like Cooler Master and it was really silent.This one? Too noisy and very hot to play game at night.
