I bought this card for a Dell 740 I use as an HTPC hooked up to a Samsung PN51E530 Plasma. Easy installation and plays back HD content great. I don't use it as a gaming card so I can't speak to its use for that purpose. If you are looking for a low cost card for HTPC use it's hard to beat.

Got this card after 3 business days of ordering to replace the nVidia 8400GS that I bought couple years ago. This new card is improved quite a lot compared to the old one by clocking up on WEI as such:+ Aero graphic = 6.7 (from 3.7)+ Gaming graphic = 6.7 (from 5.1)+ Dual core (3.37 GHz) CPU = 6.7 (same as before)+ 4 Gig Memory = 6.7 (same as before)+ Hard drive = 5.9 (same as before)For installation, just took out the old card and replaced with the new one. Boot up PC and installed a new driver. That's easy........

got 2 of these for my kids computers , needed low profile single slot cards and these fit perfectly , ( the LP model with 2 fans is very thick and it does not fit )also the stock 220w pwr supply on the emachines computers was a limiting factor.both work as expected , no heat or power issues on either PC ( one is an Intel 3.2 x2 and the other is an AMD 3.2 x2 , both with 4 gb ram )Now they can play CoD MW3 at 1920x1080 , every setting on high ( AA off ) without a problem.
