The GALAXY MDT GTX 520 is the perfect solution for multi-display computing powered by the NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 GPU and Galaxy MDT technology. A single MDT GT 520 graphics card powers up to 4 1920x1200 DVI displays by automatically splitting two discreet outputs into multiple displays with full native resolution. Bundled MDT EZY software makes multi-display window management effortless and intuitive.

I dont play games. I want multiple monitors for work and other applications. So no gaming.Having said that, I already had a nvidia graphics card that supports 2 monitors. I wanted to buy a second card so I can extend to 6 monitors (dream come true). And so I got the Galaxy Tech's MDT 520 graphics card. Installation was straight forward. I kept the original Nvidia card. So my PC now was capable of driving 6 24" widescreen displays although I only connected 5 displays (2 through the NVidia card and 3 through the GalaxyTech card). Rebooted, all 5 screens came on instantly after Windows 7 installed the drivers automatically. So driver installation from the supplied CD was not required.I had a problem where 2 monitors connected to the same port on the GalaxyTech card were mirroring each other. I wanted them to be on their own (independent mode). So I called the Tech Support number and was connected to a human in less than 1 minute which is awesome. The guy helped me configure the display card the way I wanted. It took us 1 reboot and overall about 5 minutes.I am currently driving 3 24" Dell UltraSharp 2410 widescreen monitors through the GalaxyTech card. No problem whatsoever. Great card, awesome price and fantastic tech support.By the way, one thing you should know:1. The card only has 2 ports to connect to.2. The card looks like has an internal splitter to treat 2 monitors connected to the same port as independent monitors.3. Windows 7, however, treats both the monitors connected to the same port as 1 giant monitor. So the card comes with some software that allows you to do maximize an application in a single monitor although for windows the 2 monitors together is one monitor.Its just an fyi so you know and not be surprised with it. All in all, its a great card for a non gaming person at less than half the price of a gaming card that supports multiple monitors.

I loved this cards especially now that I can run 3 monitors at the same time. at a low price $36.95 this card is a steal and for all you gamer's out there this card performance is not that bad, it can run some new games like Crisis 2 medium settings, MLB 2K12 high settings,NBA 2K11 NBA 2K12 high seetings , NBA 2K13 medium settings, high settings may lag a little but gameplay is good for me. If you like a cheap graphics card with a good performance this card is for you.

The GT520 CAN deliver what it says,however after installing it in Dell 620 Inspirion,i5,1TB nearly every program sped up,video related or not. Now the fan on the card is noisy, you may or may not accept this. Fan noise is to be expected to a degree,..you've added one to your set up,...well expect that all wont be the same.Games using the Unreal engine were boosted hardcore and new F2P Tribes Ascend ran a lot better .Not a lot faster on the bench but my K/D jumped double>??<. Installed it in a Asus i5, with similar results ,smooth video playback and even better 3D support in the Asus. This card is limited and has a bit narrow bandwidth, if your isp is quick all the better.Similar card with more BW(GT430) comp.price.Note: keep the fan clean! This will kill ANY card,regular maintenance is essential to all machinery DO IT! Hope this helps.DarkArcher.
