I installed this card in my fairly new machine without a single hiccup. It works flawlessly, and installation couldn't have been easier and better. And despite what some are saying here, the box never says the card comes with a remote. I only wish others who talk this card down would do their research and understand what they have before leaving such negative reviews.

1. Despite the misleading advertising on the box, there is NO REMOTE included in this package. Instead you must send away for it, and it will cost you $9.95 shipping.(...)3. Their customer service department is even worse. All they do is send you back to the FAQ on their website. I've had severe installation problems, and I haven't gotten a single helpful/intelligent response from them.4. This is the clincher: THE CARD DOESN'T WORK. Even though it's advertised to be AGP 4x compatible, it isn't. I had to do a week's worth of research to discover this (on my own). Just google "ati installation problems" and you'll see what I mean.5. Note: this card is a power hog. It requires a 400W PSU (again, they don't tell you this on the box). If you don't know what a 400W PSU is, chances are you don't have one.AVOID THIS CARD!!!!

This card is not compatible with AGP 4x motherboards, even though ATI says it is. It took me 6 days of dancing around with their [awful] customer service to beat that answer out of them. This card requires a higher electrical current than that which is provided by most AGP 4x motherboards (i.e. if your motherboard is more than 2 years old, look out).Also, to those of you thinking you're getting a good deal because of the rebate: think again. The rebate center "lost" my submission, and now they refuse to process a re-submission without the original UPC code from the box. No rebate, lousy service and a card that doesn't work. It couldn't be worse.
