5Why this is the beast of all 660ti cards......
By sinister213
Just received the cards after researching the differences between EVGA, ASUS and MSI. I'm coming from an old school EVGA 480 sli x58 setup so I was a little concerned that the jump wouldn't be that significant (as I had the 480s maxed to the point of instability). Thankfully I was wrong. After installing the cards and drivers from the Nvidia website (not the disc) I decided to try out a couple of games; Arkham City, Crysis 2, Skyrim, and for old times sake, Metro 2033.Keep in mind I'm yet to overvolt them but I did ramp up the core clocks to 1180 in afterburner without even thinking twice. I've heard that people are getting into the 1320+ clock range depending on the bin lottery and low leakage (I'm sure that type of overvolt/clock would be unstable, but I'm still impressed) Given the limited memory bandwidth on the 660 ti I decided on the msi given it's memory quality and performance in multiple comparisons against other manufacturers cards. There are areas where other cards are 1 to 2 percent better but this doesn't figure the triple overvolt since none of the other cards offer the option (kind of like Physx for Radeon). A simple overvolt will push this card into the lead. A major overvolt? Oc'ed 670 performance? I'll update once I take the cards to their max clocks (via triple overvolt). First let me tell you that a pair of 660 ti pe's are more than enough to run anything I'm playing with maximum settings. Here are my system specs:ASUS VG Series VG278H 3DMSI GD65 X79 motherboardIntel i7 3930 @ 4.216gb Corsair Dominator Platinum 1866H100 cooler128 vertex 4 ssd3tb wdCorsair ax850The performance is crazy for the price I paid. I know two 680's would do a better job, but the human eye can't tell the difference between 130fps and 150fps....the human wallet can. Physx and MSAA are running flawlessly. I can honestly say that the fossil, Metro 2033 is the most demanding game for this setup, but with that said, minimum fps never dipped below 67. I've heard the Witcher 2 is a tough one for the cards as well, but I don't have that. Every other game is way over 100fps. What else can I say. The new unreal 4 engine games should be able to push a single card. For those of you without an sli setup, 6 months from now when a worthy game comes out this card will be $200 and an affordable sli to put you back over the top. I wanted to provide some benches but when you're easily clearing 100+fps.....who really cares about the x score (I actually do....but). I won't waste any more of your time.In closing, TXAA and Vsync, increased efficiency and performance margins make any 660ti a great buy. EVGA and ASUS are both spectacular brands however, neither offer the triple overvolt, increasing base, memory and pll; which is the real separating factor. In the end, once the overvolt is applied to all three points, I expect that the other cards shouldn't even be comparable. Plus, I've already owned cards from ASUS and EVGA.

5Silent Night
By George Magdaleno
I upgraded from a EVGA GTX 560 Ti - 448 Cores (Fermi) Classified Edition. This card runs much cooler and much quieter than my previous card. Efficiency and temperature are main two reasons I chose to wait for the release of the 660ti with the TwinForza Cooler from MSI than make the leap to a stock 670 or 7950.I play at night and my wife can't stand the noise of the 560ti's fan under load. This card makes virtually no noise at all and runs at a very low temperature.I am now able to Apply Ultra Settings to World Of Warcraft, Mass Effects 3, Diablo 3 and Battlefield 3 where before I peaked at High settings without AAx8.

5Guild Wars 2 info here =)
By GreenImp
PROS: Fastest nvidia card you can get at a decent price point, and seems to be the best overall choice for the first round of the GTX 660 Ti cards after checking out many reviews.CONS: Even running at 1920x1080@60 on an i5 2500K CPU (GPU & CPU not overclocked) games still don't keep a solid 60 FPS and bounce between 50-60 FPS...OTHER: Guild Wars 2 can run Ultra settings & keep a fairly solid 60 FPS, but to achieve this you must lower three settings from max listed below...[Reflections: Terrain & Sky][Render Sampling: Native][Shaders: Medium]Main reason for purchasing this card is to play GW2 & D3 on max settings on my 1080p monitor if possible. So there's still hope for more speed with future driver releases, and I may try to overclock my CPU & GPU finally.
