Bought two of these in January 2012, and installed them in a SLI configuration. Just recently (March 2013) upgraded so its worth going back and relaying my experience with these: I did some gaming (Planetside 2, World of Tanks) which the cards did great at, but they spent most of each day running BOINC projects. So, the cards were loaded at almost 100% for a good portion of every day. They ran cool and held up without any problems, cranking through the work units left and right. These were a great buy.

Horrible! Stay Away from any product made by Galaxy! I wouldn't wish this off brand, 5th rate Hong Kong manufacturer trying to do a retail business in the US on my worst enemy. The entire transaction is nothing short of an ongoing nightmare. They literally have no customer service whatever only one tech support person, but you can wait an eternity on hold hoping to talk to that poor sap. When he's not really available they just let you keep holding on listening to music, real classy. Their website doesn't work properly at all so registering the product is a monumental if not impoosible task. And even if you do get it registered (a trick I have never accomplished after many many efforts) you just know this company would be a disaster to deal with if you need to use their warranty. And of course there is no customer forum. They dont even bother to include the power adapter for this GPU; so if you don't have an unused double molex to six pin PCI-e plug lying around you will need to acquire that on your own too (another $10.00 plus the hassle). BTW don't get taken in by the rebate which is a mountain of paper work and a ten week wait for a virtually useless prepaid American Express card. If you have read this you can't say you haven't been warned. Avoid this turkey altogether. Get the EVGA for about the same money!

This GTX560 is certainly a capable card, but I rated it lower because of what I felt were false claims for multi-monitor support.The tech support claims to be able to drive up to 5 monitors, which very well could be true. What they DON'T tell you is that 3 of the ports are all linked 'together' in a fashion which doesn't allow them to be truly independent. They can only run in VERY specific resolution modes. At BEST, you can only have 2 independent monitor areas.I tried to run my monitors in 3240x1920(3 Samsung MD230's, portrait orientation, DVI connection) and it was not possible. Calls to tech support supported this behavior. they say that the ONLY multi-monitor resolutions that they support are for landscape such as 5670x1080 (for 3 1920x1080 monitors). Their EX-setup software was just a waste of effort and for the most part worthless. Galaxys support was equally as worthless. I returned the GTX560 to Amazon for a refund. THAT part of the process was the least painful - 5stars to Amazon for that!I did go on to find a Sapphire HD6850 that runs the monitors just fine. My computer is a Core2Duo 6600 2.4GHz, Windows 7. I am not a gamer and my setup is for development (AutoCAD, PCB layout, graphics packages, etc), but the 6850 works like a charm.Cheers,
