AMD Drivers Somewhat Suck

The graphics card is great - but I've had issues with streaking and flicker with red flashing pixels in dark areas of the screen, kinda ugly. Uninstalling the AMD command center fixed it, but now I don't have access to the more advanced configuration options of the graphics card.

Arrived and is DOA

I ordered this card for my HTPC system i have, running an intel i3, 8G DDR3 memory, and Gigabyte GA-h77M-D3H motherboard.The board has 2 PCIe 3 slots, i placed the card in either slot, system wont boot, no bios screen nothing, take the card out, boots fine using the integrated intel on the i3.I put an old 8800GT into the system and test in both PCIe slots, works fine...This card is DOA and a waste of my time, can companies not simply make things that work, being as i am in Costa Rica and had this shipped down, it will cost me more to ship it back to amazon than to buy another card...Ridiculous.
