Finding a video card for a very decent price that works within a 300 watt power supply limitation wasn't as much fun as it could have been. Once found, installed, and setup with the newest driver available online everything clicked into place.

In the product description it states "Fits Low Profile". IT DOES NOT. There is no low profile plate included with the card.In calling their customer service, they knew exactly what I was talking about, but do not have, offer or even sell the low profile plate. They suggested that "any computer store will have that for you". Went to CompUSA/Tiger Direct and they do not carry it in store. I had to get a new video card. Very disappointed with Galaxy's customer service. The rep stated he would 'note' my complaint. Really... The "From the Manufacturer" description should include, "Low Profile if you purchase the additional component". On top if that, if you look at the card, and are able to get a front low profile plate, the only configuration is the use the DVI as the VGA connector is too close to the front to put the plate and the VGA connector back into a LP plate...I have not had a chance to try the card out as it doesn't fit the workstation it was intended for...

I purchased two of these cards for two almost-identical Dell Precision 370s I had purchased used from a local manufacturer's outlet store. My son has been giving the card grueling use at full capacity for several hours a day, many of them playing Minecraft at its highest graphics settings, for almost 18 months, and we have not had a bit of trouble other than needing to download updated drivers. The second one I have removed and replaced with a lower-power card due to the power demands of all accessories together on the machine. If your power supply is up to the task, personally would recommend a 350 Watt supply with this card, then I would highly recommend the card.
