A solid card
By Courzilla
Not much to say about this really. It's the cheapest 670 on the market right now and comes with a factory OC. It looks nice, idles in the 40's and seems to overclock well via EVGA Precision X. Gives me a constant 60FPS in GTA IV and BF3 maxed at 1080p with a 2700k.

Consistently crashes in high end games - tech support and RMA department useless
By Gary T. Gafford
I never really go back and give bad reviews to hardware because I eventually get anything that has issues RMA'd without any issues. Since I got the card it's crashed consistently on high end games. I went through and did the check for any issues with my system, put it in another, updated drivers, etc. etc. When I ultimately realized that it was the card and nothing on my end, I contacted Galaxy and got the runaround for six weeks. Their phone support is useless and refers me to the ticket system on their site. Their ticket system will take up to a week to get back to you, ask you the same questions over and over again, and then finally bounce you to the RMA department. Surprise, surprise, they'll also ask you the same questions and take a week to get back to you. I'm in week six right now and I had to go buy a new card because they were taking so long. Still no end to this in sight. This is the first and last time I buy a Galaxy card.

What a great card!
By Man W. Chow
I5-2500K OC to 4G under Hyper 212 EVO, 8GB DDR3 on 1600 XMP settingsGalaxy GTX 670 GC at stock with GTX 460 V2 as dedicated Physx. 1080p native 22" and Vsync to 60FPSBF3 maxed to the hilt: rock steady 60FPS in campaign (much more demanding than multiplayer)Skyrim HD pack: 60FPSBatman AC maxed to the hilt with extreme Physx: 45-60FPSHeaven benchmark maxed to the hilt: 49FPSWhat a great card! And get this - I'm running this on an EVGA board that only offers 8X PCIE 2.0. So if you have 16x PCIE 2, or 8x and up PCIE3 (PCIE3 8x is same as PCIE2 16x), you will get even better results! You should get about 5-8% more performance. In other words, this is just great even for 8x people, although a bit better (although it wouldn't make a difference in my case, I'm already at the 60fps max for most games) on 16x.There is absolutely NO NEED to overclock this card.. because Galaxy already did a fine job of it!Temperatures peak at 68C only in Batman AC with extreme Physx - but I am in a very very warm 85-90F room. Fan gets loud only over 60%, but not a bothersome noise at all. Think of a room fan.And if anyone is wondering - YES, having a dedicated physx card will help your 670 in physx games. However, it needs to be a good card too or else it will bottleneck the 670. I got about 8-12FPS more using a dedicated card. Therefore, it is not absolutely necessary, although the difference is noticable. In heavy physx my 460 utilization goes up to about 80%. Too bad I can't overclock my GPU2 using afterburner, as it is capable of running stably at 975MHZ. Stock 810MHZ is doing fine, though.
